Relatório de Estágio Curricular

Abstract

O presente relatório ocorreu no âmbito do estágio curricular anual do segundo anodo Mestrado de Psicologia Organizacional, realizado na Faculdade de Psicologia eCiências da Educação da Universidade de Coimbra. Este é um momento importante nopercurso académico do estudante ao permitir aplicar, em ambiente real de trabalho, osconhecimentos adquiridos na formação académica e aprofundar/desenvolver outros.O estágio foi realizado em regime presencial e teve a duração de sete meses, entreoutubro de 2022 e abril de 2023. A organização de acolhimento foi uma multinacional deRecursos Humanos (RH), a Leader, e o local onde, efetivamente, decorreu o trabalhodesenvolvido foi na agência de São João da Madeira, sob a orientação da Doutora JoanaFrade, diretora da agência.Quanto à estrutura do relatório, na secção introdutória, será apresentada a entidadede acolhimento como um todo, seguindo-se a apresentação do local onde, efetivamente,decorreu o estágio - agência de São João da Madeira. Aqui, será abordada a culturaorganizacional e analisada a estrutura tendo por base o enquadramento teórico à luz dasConfigurações Estruturais de Mintzberg (1980). A secção seguinte, corresponde àsatividades desenvolvidas ao longo do estágio onde primeiramente será apresentado oTrabalho Temporário e em seguida, uma descrição e uma análise crítica a cada atividaderealizada no contexto do trabalho temporário, contendo sugestões de melhoria aimplementar no futuro. A terceira secção, corresponde às Considerações Finais, onde éfeita uma reflexão e análise crítica das diversas etapas de todo o percurso realizado,identificando os conhecimentos e competências adquiridos/desenvolvidos, pontos fortese fracos, estratégias empreendias para a superação de obstáculos e as principaiscontribuições deste estágio para a organização de acolhimento. Posteriormente, segue-sea conclusão onde será feita uma reflexão crítica sobre o caminho efetuado desde aingressão no mestrado e, ainda, serão abordadas as contribuições deste percurso para omeu crescimento pessoal e profissional. Por fim, na secção dos Anexos, são apresentadosos documentos referenciados ao longo do texto, complementado as informaçõesapresentadas.

The present report was made within the scope of the annual curricular internship of the second year of the Master in Organisational Psychology, which took place at the Faculty of Psychology and Education Sciences of the University of Coimbra. This is an important moment in the student's academic pathway as it allows them to apply, in a real work environment, the knowledge acquired during their academic training and to deepen/develop others. The internship was conducted on a face-to-face basis and lasted seven months, between October 2022 and April 2023. The host organisation was a multinational Human Resources (HR) company, Leader, and the place where the work was actually carried out was in the São João da Madeira agency, under the guidance of Dr. Joana Frade, the agency's director. As for the structure of the report, in the introductory section, the host entity as a whole will be presented, followed by the presentation of the place where, effectively the internship took place - the São João da Madeira branch. Here, we will discuss organisational culture organisational culture and analysed the structure based on the theoretical framework in the light of Mintzberg's (1980) Structural Configurations. The following section corresponds to the activities developed during the internship where firstly Temporary Work will be presented and then a description and a critical analysis of each activity carried out in the context of temporary work, containing suggestions for improvement to be implemented in the future. The third section, corresponds to the Final Considerations, where a reflection and critical analysis of the various stages of the whole journey is made, identifying the knowledge and skills acquired/developed, strengths and weaknesses, strategies undertaken to overcome obstacles and the main contributions of this internship for the host organisation. Afterwards, there follows the conclusion where a critical reflection will be made on the path taken since entering the Masters and, furthermore, the contributions of this path for my personal and professional growth will be addressed. Finally, in the Annexes section, the documents referenced throughout the text are presented, complementing the information presented.
