A Carne do Real : Merleau-Ponty e a Psicanálise

Abstract

O objetivo da presente tese é mostrar que o real, o imaginário e o simbólico estão entrelaçados carnalmente. Com isso, será possível mostrar que i) não há sobreposição entre real, simbólico e imaginário, mas todos possuem o mesmo peso de igualdade; ii) sendo o real o impossível de ser dito, de ser escrito, é o que permite pensar a indeterminação do mundo enquanto origem, enquanto um princípio absoluto de identidade; iii) por fim, o real enquanto o que impede a coincidência imaginária do eu consigo mesmo, permite que haja a experiência da alteridade, revelada enquanto estranhamento (Unheimlichkeit), sentida no íntimo de si mesmo enquanto algo estranho. Essas implicações serão possíveis após minuciosa análise de conceitos de Merleau-Ponty, Freud e Lacan, fazendo ressaltar a interlocução entre fenomenologia e psicanálise em torno de temas cruciais ligados à arqueologia de nossa existência.

The objective of this thesis is to show that the real, the imaginary and the symbolic are carnally intertwined. With this, it will be possible to show that i) there is no overlap between the real, symbolic and imaginary, but they all have the same weight of equality; ii) the real being the impossible to be said, to be written, is what allows us to think about the indeterminacy of the world as an origin, as an absolute principle of identity; iii) finally, the real as what prevents an imaginary coincidence of the self with oneself, allows for an experience of otherness, revealed as the strangeness (Unheimlichkeit), felt within oneself as something strange. These occurrences will be possible after a thorough analysis of concepts by Merleau-Ponty, Freud and Lacan, highlighting the interlocution between phenomenology and psychoanalysis around crucial themes linked to the archeology of our existence.
