Comunidade de Aprendizagem Virtual Geradora de Desenvolvimento Profissional Docente: Desenho, Desenvolvimento, Implementação e Avaliação

Abstract

O presente relatório de estágio tem como objetivo reportar todo o trabalho desenvolvido no âmbito do estágio curricular do Mestrado em Ciências da Educação da Faculdade de Psicologia e de Ciências da Educação da Universidade de Coimbra, que decorreu no Departamento de Gestão Pedagógica integrado na entidade G.P.S. – Gestão de Participações Sociais, S.G.P.S., S.A. Num primeiro momento, e de acordo com as necessidades identificadas da instituição, verificou-se a elevada importância em construir uma Comunidade de Aprendizagem Online (Pallof & Pratt, 1999) que visasse a partilha documental, troca de estratégias educativas e de experiências entre os professores das diferentes escolas englobadas na entidade e, consequentemente, o desenvolvimento de diversas competências, como o trabalho em equipa, reflexão crítica, entre outros.Numa fase posterior, desenvolveram-se tarefas de planeamento, gestão, produção de recursos e avaliação na implementação da comunidade para os docentes. Assim, ao longo do presente relatório são apresentadas as fases para a realização desta Comunidade de Aprendizagem Online, bem como os modelos utilizados como suporte da construção do desenho. O modelo base para a Análise, Desenho, Desenvolvimento, Implementação e Avaliação da Comunidade de Aprendizagem Online foi o Modelo ADDIE (Aldoobie, 2015; Filatro, 2008). Quanto ao modelo base para a monitorização da comunidade, foi o Modelo E-Moderating (Salmon, 2011). A construção da Comunidade de Aprendizagem Online foi sustentada, teoricamente, numa Revisão Narrativa da Literatura em torno das três áreas essenciais neste projeto: (1) Comunidade de Aprendizagem Online; (2) Desenvolvimento Profissional Docente; (3) Educação a Distância. Estas três temáticas são fundamentais para o projeto de estágio devido ao público-alvo da comunidade e ao facto de esta ser implementada totalmente à distância. Com este trabalho pretendemos fornecer contributos para a construção de uma Comunidade de Aprendizagem Online administrada à distância e, como público alvo os professores, permitindo e contribuindo para o desenvolvimento profissional docente.

This internship report aims to report all the work developed within the scope of the curricular internship of the Master in Education Sciences of the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of the University of Coimbra, which took place in the Department of Pedagogical Management integrated in the entity G.P.S. – Gestão de Participações Sociais, S.G.P.S., S.A.At first, and according to the identified needs of the institution, there was a high importance in building an Online Learning Community (Pallof & Pratt, 1999) with the aim of document sharing, exchanging of educational strategies and experiences between teachers from the different schools included in the entity and, consequently, the development of different skills, such as teamwork, critical reflection, and many others.In a later stage, tasks about planning, management, production of resources and evaluation in the implementation of the community for the teachers were developed. Throughout this report, I am documenting the stages needed for the realisation of this Online Learning Community, as well as the models used to support the construction of the design. The base model used for the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation of the Online Learning Community was the ADDIE Model (Aldoobie, 2015; Filatro, 2008). As for the base model for community monitoring, it was the E-Moderating Model (Salmon, 2011).The construction of the Online Learning Community was theoretically supported by a Narrative Literature Review around the three essential areas in this project: (1) Online Learning Community; (2) Teacher Professional Development; (3) Distance Education. These three themes are fundamental for the internship project due to the target audience of the community and the fact that it is implemented completely remotely. With this work, we intend to provide contributions to the construction of an Online Learning Community administered at a distance and, as a target audience, teachers, allowing and contributing to the professional development of teachers.
