RELATÓRIO DE ESTÁGIO PEDAGÓGICO DESENVOLVIDO NO CENTRO EDUCATIVO DOS OLIVAIS JUNTO DA TURMA B3 – EMPREGADO DE RESTAURANTE/BAR NO ANO LETIVO DE 2021/2022. AS ATITUDES E COMPORTAMENTOS DOS ALUNOS DA TURMA B3 – EMPREGADO DE RESTAURAÇÃO/BAR NAS AULAS DE EDUCAÇÃO FÍSICA.

Abstract

O presente relatório tem por objetivo descrever e refletir sobre as atividades desenvolvidas ao longo do Estágio Pedagógico (EP), no ano letivo 2021/2022 no Centro Educativo dos Olivais. O presente documento está organizado em três capítulos: Contextualização da prática desenvolvida, que contém as expetativas iniciais, a caraterização da escola, da turma e do grupo disciplinar de Educação Física; a Análise reflexiva sobre a prática pedagógica, onde se insere uma reflexão mais aprofundada sobre as várias áreas integrantes do EP, como as atividades de ensino-aprendizagem, a organização e gestão escolar, os projetos e parcerias educativas e a atitude ético-profissional e, por fim, o Tema-Problema designado “Os comportamentos e atitudes dos alunos de ERB nas aulas de Educação Física”, onde inicialmente realizo uma breve introdução, de seguida enquadro o a temática, defino os objetivos, a metodologia, os resultados e, por fim, a sua conclusão. O Estágio Pedagógico foi uma etapa de aprendizagem fundamental para a minha formação enquanto professora, não incluindo apenas a lecionação das aulas, mas também a capacidade de gerir e refletir processos, através da análise crítica de diversos fatores, como a chegada e partida de alunos várias vezes ao longo do ano, os níveis díspares nas capacidades de cada um, levando-me a criar uma grande capacidade de ajustamento das tarefas, de forma correta, levando-me a tomar decisões coerentes com os objetivos propostos. O Estágio Pedagógico teve por base promover transformações nos alunos, principalmente com a utilização do Modelo de Desenvolvimento da Responsabilidade Pessoal e Social, com o objetivo de fomentar valores importantes para o futuro. O professor mostrou ser um agente catalisador que promove e estimula as potencialidades dos jovens, desenvolvendo neles capacidades com o intuito de lhes fornecer ferramentas para que sejam capazes de se adaptar, e de ingressar na sociedade de hoje e de amanhã.

This report aims to describe and reflect on the activities carried out during the Teacher Training (TT), in the academic year 2021/2022 at the Centro Educativo dos Olivais. This document is organized into three chapters: Contextualization of the developed practice, which contains the initial expectations, the characterization of the school, the class and the disciplinary group of Physical Education; the Reflective analysis on pedagogical practice, which includes a deeper reflection on the various areas that make up the PI, such as teaching-learning activities, school organization and management, educational projects and partnerships and the ethical-professional attitude; and finally, the Theme-Problem called "The behaviours and attitudes of WB students in Physical Education classes", where initially I make a brief introduction, then frame the theme, define the objectives, methodology, results and finally , its conclusion.The Pedagogical Internship was a fundamental learning stage for my training as a teacher, not only including the teaching of classes, but also the ability to manage and reflect on processes, through the critical analysis of several factors, such as the arrival and departure of different students several times throughout the year, the different levels of each one's abilities, leading me to create a great capacity to adjust the tasks, in a correct way, leading me to make consistent decisions with the proposed objectives.The entire Pedagogical Internship was based on promoting transformations in the students, mainly through the use of the Personal and Social Responsibility Development Model, with the objective of promoting important values for the future. The teacher proved to be a catalytic agent that promotes and stimulates the potential of young people, developing their capacities in order to provide them tools to be able to adapt, and to enter, in today's and tomorrow's society.
