Aprendizagens para o Ensino: A cada passo, um novo desafio

Abstract

O presente relatório surge no âmbito da unidade curricular Estágio e Relatório, inserida no plano de estudos do segundo ano do Mestrado em Ensino da Matemática no 3.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico e no Secundário do Departamento de Matemática da Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia da Universidade de Coimbra, tendo como objetivo descrever as atividades desenvolvidas ao longo do Estágio Pedagógico, apresentando uma reflexão crítica acerca da experiência do mesmo.O Núcleo de Estágio de Matemática do Agrupamento de Escolas Marinha Grande Poente, no ano letivo 2021/2022, foi constituído pelo orientador cooperante, Professor João Gonçalves, sob a Orientação Científica do Professor Doutor Gonçalo Gutierres, pelo professor estagiário Carlos Ferreira, autor deste relatório, e pela professora estagiária Ana Marques.A intervenção na prática pedagógica decorreu na atribuição da regência da turma H do 7º ano do 3º ciclo do ensino básico, na Disciplina de Matemática, e na colaboração do trabalho desenvolvido nas turmas 7ºF e 10ºD do Curso Cientifico-Humanístico de Ciências e Tecnologias, na Disciplina de Matemática A. O presente Relatório pretende relatar e efetuar uma reflexão do trabalho desenvolvido ao longo deste ano de estágio. O documento encontra-se organizado em capítulos, ao longo dos quais serão abordados vários aspetos, como a prática pedagógica supervisionada, a participação nas estruturas de orientação pedagógica e educativa e as atividades extracurriculares desenvolvidas, o acompanhamento de uma Direção de Turma e a participação nas reuniões, do Grupo Disciplinar e dos Conselhos de Turma. No final, é realizada uma reflexão sobre o ano de estágio.

This report comes within the scope of the curricular unit Internship and Report curricular, inserted in the study plan of the second year of the Master's in Mathematics Teaching in the 3rd Cycle of Basic and Secondary Education of the Department of Mathematics of the Faculty of Science and Technology of the University of Coimbra, aiming to describe the activities developed during the Pedagogical Internship, and presenting a critical reflection on this experience.The Mathematics Internship Nucleus of Marinha Grande Poente school grouping , in the academic year 2021/2022, was composed by the cooperating supervisor, João Gonçalves, under the Scientific Orientation of Professor Gonçalo Gutierres, by the trainee teacher Carlos Ferreira, author of this report, and by the trainee teacher Ana Marques.The intervention in the pedagogical practice was associated to the attribution of the regency of class H of the 7th grade of the 3rd cycle of basic education, in Mathematics, and in the collaboration in the work developed in classes 7th F and 10th of the Scientific-Humanistic Course of Sciences and Technologies, in Mathematics A.This report intends to reflect on the work developed during this internship year. The document is organized into chapters, throughout which various aspects will be addressed, such as supervised pedagogical practice, participation in pedagogical and educational guidance structures and extracurricular activities developed, the monitoring of Class Management and the participation in the meetings of the Subject Group and Class Councils. At the end, a reflection on the internship year is carried out.
