O uso das Redes Sociais pela Câmara Municipal de Viseu

Abstract

O presente relatório visa expor a experiência de estágio no Gabinete de Comunicação, Informação, Protocolo e Relações Externas da Câmara Municipal de Viseu. Nele constam vários pontos relativos a esta experiência, como a descrição do estágio, uma apresentação do Gabinete e da respetiva equipa, assim como da Câmara Municipal de Viseu. São também mencionadas as tarefas desempenhadas e ainda uma breve redação teórica sobre tudo o que envolve a comunicação municipal.O mundo da comunicação está em constante evolução e mudança. Há a necessidade de nos mantermos informados e atualizados para que as novas dinâmicas comunicacionais sejam atingidas com sucesso e rigor. Sendo este um mundo que muito me cativa, decidi realizar um estágio numa entidade que me fosse desafiar. O meu estágio no Gabinete de Comunicação da Câmara Municipal de Viseu permitiu-me ter uma melhor noção das tarefas que uma equipa de comunicação municipal necessita de efetuar, assim como de todas as etapas inerentes ao bom desempenho dessas tarefas. Através de um ponto de vista transparente, pretendo abordar todos os tópicos relativos a esta experiência, expondo as várias facetas da comunicação num município, focando no desenvolvimento de utilização das páginas em redes sociais que o Município de Viseu possui. Sendo as redes sociais associadas à Câmara Municipal de Viseu o grande enfoque deste relatório, realizei uma análise de todas as suas páginas em redes sociais e as diferentes estratégias utilizadas nas mesmas. Para melhor complementar esta tarefa, desenvolvi uma breve entrevista à equipa do gabinete para uma melhor consolidação das informações obtidas durante o meu estágio e posterior pesquisa.

This report aims to expose the internship experience in the Communication, Information, Protocol and External Relations Office of the Municipality of Viseu. It contains several points related to this experience, such as the description of the internship, a presentation of the Cabinet and its team, as well as the Viseu City Council. The tasks performed are also mentioned, as well as a brief theoretical essay on everything that involves municipal communication.The world of communication is constantly evolving and changing. There is a need to keep ourselves informed and updated so that the new communication dynamics are successfully and rigorously achieved. Since this is a world that captivates me a lot, I decided to do an internship in an entity that would challenge me. My internship at the Communication Office of the Municipality of Viseu allowed me to have a better understanding of the tasks that a municipal communication team needs to perform, as well as all the steps inherent to the good performance of these tasks. Through a transparent point of view, I intend to approach all topics related to this experience, exposing the various facets of communication in a municipality, focusing on the development of use of pages in social networks that the Municipality of Viseu has.As the social networks associated with the Municipality of Viseu are the main focus of this report, I carried out an analysis of all its pages on social networks and the different strategies used in them. To better complement this task, I developed a brief interview with the office team to better consolidate the information obtained during my internship and subsequent research.
