A APRENDIZAGEM EM EF EM SITUAÇÃO DE GRUPOS HOMOGÉNEOS E HETEROGÉNEOS – EFEITOS NA MOTIVAÇÃO

Abstract

O Estágio Pedagógico é o culminar do percurso académico e visa a aquisição de um conjunto de saberes, tanto pessoais como profissionais, em contexto real, dentro da comunidade escolar. Desenvolve competências profissionais que promovem aos futuros professores um desempenho crítico e reflexivo, capaz de responder às exigências e desafios profissionais. Este documento representa o relatório final do Estágio Pedagógico realizado na Escola Eb 2,3/S Daniel de Matos, Vila Nova de Poiares, no ano letivo de 2020/2021. Neste relatório faz-se uma reflexão crítica das atividades desenvolvidas no âmbito da intervenção pedagógica, com exposição e partilha das experiências vividas. Este documento encontra-se dividido em três partes distintas: a contextualização da prática pedagógica, referenciando aspetos indispensáveis à prática desenvolvida; a análise reflexiva da prática pedagógica, onde descrevemos e analisamos diversos momentos desta prática; o processo de ensino-aprendizagem; a organização e gestão escolar; os projetos e parcerias educativas; a atitude ética-profissional; e o aprofundamento do tema-problema, onde será evidenciado o impacto que a ”hétero/homogeneidade dos grupos de alunos” ao longo das aulas de Educação Física tem nas Necessidades Psicológicas Básicas dos alunos, considerando diversas características apresentadas pelos alunos ao longo das Unidades Didáticas lecionadas neste ano letivo. The Pedagogical Internship is the culmination of the academic path and aims to acquire a set of knowledge, both personal and professional, in a real context within the school community. It develops professional skills that provide future teachers with a critical and reflective performance, capable of responding to professional demands and challenges. This document represents the final report of the Pedagogical Internship carried out at Escola Eb 2,3/S Daniel de Matos, Vila Nova de Poiares, in the academic year 2020/2021. In this report, a critical reflection was made on the activities developed in the scope of the pedagogical intervention, with exposition and sharing of the lived experiences. This document is divided into three distinct parts: the contextualization of pedagogical practice, referring to essential aspects of the developed practice; the reflexive analysis of the pedagogical practice, where we describe and analyze several moments of this practice; the teaching-learning process; school organization and management; educational projects and partnerships; the ethical-professional attitude; and the deepening of the problem theme, where it will be emphasized the impact that the “hetero/homogeneity of groups of students” throughout the Physical Education classes has on the Basic Psychological Needs of the students, considering several characteristics presented by the students along the Didactic Units taught in this school year.
