RELATÓRIO DE ESTÁGIO PEDAGÓGICO DESENVOLVIDO NA ESCOLA SECUNDÁRIA DE TÁBUA JUNTO DA TURMA DO 7ºA NO ANO LETIVO DE 2021/2022. O IMPACTO DA MANIPULAÇÃO INTENCIONAL DOS GRUPOS NAS NECESSIDADES PSICOLÓGICAS BÁSICAS DOS ALUNOS.

Abstract

O presente relatório exibe uma reflexão acerca do Estágio Pedagógico, unidade curricular inserida no Mestrado em Ensino da Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário da Faculdade de Ciências do Desporto e Educação Física da Universidade de Coimbra. O Estágio teve a duração de um ano letivo, 2021/2022, tendo sido desenvolvido na Escola Secundária de Tábua, junto da turma do 7ºA. O planeamento do ano letivo foi realizado tendo como referência as características da turma, obtidas através das avaliações formativas iniciais efetuadas nas diferentes áreas, procurando responder às necessidades, interesses e preferências dos alunos. De um modo geral os objetivos propostos para as diferentes matérias foram alcançados. O relatório apresenta uma análise crítica e reflexiva aprofundada acerca das quatro áreas de intervenção, e respetivas atividades, presentes no Guia de Estágio Pedagógico: Atividades de Ensino-Aprendizagem (área 1), Atividades de Organização e Gestão Escolar (área 2), Projetos e Parcerias Educativas (área 3) e Atitude Ético-Profissional (área 4).Num segundo momento foi realizado o aprofundamento do Tema-Problema intitulado “O impacto da manipulação intencional dos grupos nas necessidades psicológicas básicas dos alunos”, investigação científica realizada ao longo de 5 semanas do Estágio.Os resultados obtidos permitem afirmar que a alternância de prática em grupos homogéneos e heterogéneos, nas aulas de EF, tem um impacto positivo nas necessidades psicológicas básicas (autonomia, relação e competência). No que se refere ao nível de desempenho, verifica-se uma diminuição da perceção de autonomia nos alunos de nível inferior. Os professores devem evitar comportamentos de controlo e promover estratégias de apoio à autonomia, competência, e relacionamento nos alunos.

The present report displays a reflection on the Pedagogical Internship, a curricular unit included in the Master in Physical Education Teaching in Basic and Secondary Education at the Faculty of Sport Sciences and Physical Education at the University of Coimbra. The Internship lasted one school year, 2021/2022, and was carried out at the Tábua Secondary School, with the 7th grade class.The planning of the school year was carried out with reference to the characteristics of the class, obtained through initial formative assessments carried out in the different areas, seeking to respond to the needs, interests and preferences of students. In general, the programmed objectives for the different subjects were achieved.The report presents an in-depth critical and reflective analysis of the four intervention areas, and respective activities, present in the Pedagogical Internship Guide: Teaching-Learning Activities (area 1), School Organization and Management Activities (area 2), Projects and Educational Partnerships (area 3) and Ethical-Professional Attitude (area 4).In a second moment, the theme-problem entitled “The impact of intentional manipulation of groups on the basic psychological needs of students”, scientific research carried out over 5 weeks of the Internship, is carried out in-depth.The results obtained allow us to affirm that the alternation of practice in homogeneous and heterogeneous groups, in PE classes, has a positive impact on basic psychological needs (autonomy, relationship and competence). Regarding the level of performance, there is a decrease in the perception of autonomy in students of lower level.Teachers should avoid controlling behaviors and promote strategies to support autonomy, competence, and relationships in students.
