Relatório de Estágio Pedagógico, Desenvolvido na Escola Secundária de Avelar Brotero, junto da turma 12º1F, no ano letivo de 2021/2022 - A Influência das Decisões de Intervenção Pedagógica do Professor de Educação Física da Qualidade dos Ambientes de Aprendizagem

Abstract

This Teacher Training Report presents a reflective analysis of the process of Supervised Pedagogical Practice in Physical Education, held at the Secondary School of Avelar Brotero, together with class 12º1F, which corresponds to the Scientific-Humanistic Course of Sciences and Technologies, in the school year 2021/2022. This represents the culmination of the theoretical and practical knowledge acquired over the years of training and that were developed and applied in a real context of the exercise of the teaching function, in order to create new competencies and indispensable tools for the future, thus corresponding to the completion of the Master's degree in physical education teaching in basic and secondary education of the Faculty of Sports Sciences and Physical Education of the University of Coimbra.This document systematically reports the entire process and activities carried out in the Teacher Training throughout this school year, through a critical and reflective analysis of all decision-making and adjustment that allowed us to enrich the teaching-learning process of students and also of ourselves, both as individuals of society and future professionals.Therefore, this report is organized into three chapters: the contextualization of the developed practice, the reflexive analysis of pedagogical practice and the deepening of the problem theme. The first chapter consists of the life's historyand the characterization of the entire context involved. The second chapter concerns the reflective analysis of pedagogical practice, in which we carry out an in-depth critical reflection on the various areas of intervention that integrate the Teacher Training, namely, teaching-learning activities, school organization and management, educational projects and partnerships and ethical-professional attitude. Lastly, in the third chapter, we discuss the development of a research study developed throughout the school year, called "evaluation of the pedagogical intervention of the physical education teacher through the perception of advisor, trainee and their students".

O presente Relatório de Estágio Pedagógico apresenta uma análise refletiva do processo de Prática Pedagógica Supervisionada em Educação Física, realizada na Escola Secundária de Avelar Brotero, junto da turma 12º1F, que corresponde ao Curso Científico-Humanístico de Ciências e Tecnologias, no ano letivo 2021/2022. Este representa o culminar dos conhecimentos teóricos e práticos adquiridos ao longo dos anos de formação e que foram desenvolvidos e aplicados em contexto real do exercício da função docente, de maneira a criar novas competências e instrumentos indispensáveis para o futuro, correspondendo assim à conclusão do Mestrado em Ensino de Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário da Faculdade de Ciências Desporto e Educação Física da Universidade de Coimbra.Este documento relata de forma sistemática o processo e atividades realizadas no Estágio Pedagógico ao longo deste ano letivo, através de uma análise crítica e reflexiva sobre as tomadas de decisão e ajustamento que nos permitiram enriquecer o processo de ensino-aprendizagem dos alunos e também de nós próprios, tanto como indivíduos da sociedade como futuros profissionais. Assim sendo, este relatório organiza-se em três capítulos: a contextualização da prática desenvolvida, a análise reflexiva da prática pedagógica e o aprofundamento do tema problema. O primeiro capítulo é composto pela história de vida e pela caracterização de todo o contexto envolvido. O segundo capítulo diz respeito à análise refletiva sobre a prática pedagógica, no qual realizamos uma reflexão crítica aprofundada sobre as várias áreas de intervenção que integram o Estágio Pedagógico, nomeadamente, as atividades de ensino-aprendizagem, a organização e gestão escolar, os projetos e parcerias educativas e a atitude ético-profissional. Por fim, no terceiro capítulo, abordamos o desenvolvimento de um estudo de investigação desenvolvido ao longo do ano letivo, designada “avaliação da intervenção pedagógica do professor de Educação Física através da perceção de orientador, estagiário e respetivos alunos”.
