Biography
Zafar Iqbal, a seasoned scholar, holds a Master's in Philosophy from the University of Karachi (2011) and Magisters in Islamic History and International Relations from the Federal Urdu University of Arts Sciences and Technology in 2014 and 2016, respectively. His Bachelor of Arts is from the University of Karachi (2008). Currently pursuing a Doctorate in Philosophy, Ethics, and Religious Studies at the University of Karachi since August 14, 2022. Actively engaged in academia, Zafar serves as a Researcher at the Universidade de Coimbra Instituto de Estudos Filosóficos, holding a position in Carreiras / Categorias Subsistentes at The Prism Services. His intellectual contributions include two published articles and the authorship of five books, focusing on Humanities with an emphasis on Philosophy, Ethics, Religion, Theology, History, and Philosophy of Science and Technology. As a committed scholar, Zafar demonstrates editorial finesse as the driving force behind the thematic magazine "al-Kalam." His dedication to academic advancement is further highlighted through teaching experiences in philosophy and history courses. Notably, he has formulated a comprehensive philosophy syllabus for diverse educational settings, including the Islamic seminary (madrasah) at Jamia Isha'at ul uloom, Akkal Kawwa (Maharashtra, India).
