Intervenção Socioeducativa no Acolhimento Residencial: Projetos, Atividades e Recursos

Abstract

O presente relatório reporta o âmbito do estágio curricular do Mestrado em Educação Social, Desenvolvimento e Dinâmicas Locais da Faculdade de Psicologia e de Ciências da Educação da Universidade de Coimbra, que decorreu na Casa do Pai - Centro de Acolhimento Temporário da Fundação Bissaya Barreto. Com base nas necessidades institucionais identificadas, desenvolveram-se ações de planeamento, gestão, produção de recursos e avaliação da intervenção socioeducativa com as crianças e jovens em acolhimento residencial. Destaca-se a elaboração dos Planos de Intervenção Individual em que através de instrumentos de registo próprios, e tendo por base as suas necessidades socioemocionais, sociofamiliares e escolares previamente identificadas, se definiram objetivos, meios e atividades com vista ao desenvolvimento, educação e socialização das 12 crianças e jovens residencializados. Em resposta às necessidades de articulação entre a Casa e a Família, criou-se um guia de atividades - Alfabeto da Parentalidade Positiva, no qual se propõe 26 atividades, a serem implementadas pelos progenitores e/ou figuras de referência durante os fins-de-semana ou férias letivas. Além destes projetos, realizaram-se atividades de conscientização e capacitação no âmbito dos Objetivos para o Desenvolvimento Sustentável, criaram-se cadernos de materiais de apoio para o ensino à distância, desenvolveram-se ações de formação, atividades temáticas para celebração de datas festivas e, ainda nos envolvemos nas atividades de teor técnico da instituição. Assim, ao longo do presente relatório apresentam-se as duas respostas socioeducativas referidas, em formato de projeto social, com base nas diretrizes de Serrano (2008) e relatamos as atividades desenvolvidas com apresentação das respetivas matrizes de planificação, recursos produzidos, avaliação executada e fotografias capturadas. O trabalho desenvolvido integrou as 12 crianças/jovens, as suas famílias a equipa técnica e educativa. Neste sentido, foram desenvolvidas 49 atividades no âmbito dos Planos de Intervenção Individual, um recurso destinado às famílias que, devido à sua sustentabilidade não só vai envolver as dos atuais residentes como também as das futuras crianças e jovens acolhidas. Ademais foram realizadas dez atividades temáticas, produzidos cinco recursos de facilitação ao estudo em casa, quatro atividades de sensibilização e, uma intervenção individual.

This report refers to the scope of the curricular internship of the Master's Degree in Social Education, Development and Local Dynamics of the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of the University of Coimbra, which took place at Casa do Pai - Temporary Foster Center of the Bissaya Barreto Foundation. Based on the needs identified, actions were developed in the planning, management, production of resources and evaluation of social-educational intervention with the children and young people in residential care. The preparation of Individual Intervention Plans is highlighted in which through their own registration instruments, and based on their social-emotional, social-familiar and school needs previously identified, objectives, means and activities were defined with an aim to the development, education and socialization of the 12 children and young people living there. In response to the needs of articulation between the Casa do Pai and the Family, an activity guide was created - Alphabet of Positive Parenthood, in which 26 activities are proposed, to be implemented by parents and/or reference figures during weekends or school holidays. In addition to these projects, awareness and training activities were carried out within the framework of the Sustainable Development Goals, notebooks of support materials for distance learning were created, training activities, thematic activities were developed to celebrate festive dates and, still, we were involved in the activities of technical content of the institution. Therefore, throughout this report, the two social-educational responses referred to in the format of Social Project, based on the guidelines of Serrano (2008) and report the activities developed with presentation of the respective planning matrices, resources produced, evaluation performed and captured photographs. The work developed included the 12 children/young people, their families, the technical and educational team. In this sense, 49 activities were developed under the Individual Intervention Plans, a resource for the families that, due to their sustainability, will not only involve those of current residents but also those of future children/young people taken in. In addition, ten thematic activities were carried out, five resources were produced to facilitate the study at home, four awareness activities and an individual intervention.
