O papel da pedagogia na promoção da saúde mental: fatores de risco e de proteção no contexto escolar e familiar

Abstract

O presente relatório é referente ao trabalho desenvolvido durante o estágio curricular do Mestrado em Ciências da Educação da Faculdade de Psicologia e Ciências da Educação da Universidade de Coimbra. O estágio foi realizado no Agrupamento de Escolas Figueira Norte, especificamente nas escolas EB1 Alhadas e ES 3ºCEB Cristina Torres, no âmbito do “Projeto SMS – Sucesso, Mente e Saúde” (POISE-03-4639-FSE-000836), no ano letivo 2020/2021.São expostos aqui, os Programas desenvolvidos pelo Projeto SMS, o Programa SMSJovens e o Programa SMSEducadores, ambos baseados no modelo cognitivo-comportamental, organizados numa intervenção estruturada com o objetivo de aumentar a resiliência dos adolescentes, enquanto promove competências parentais na promoção da saúde mental dos educandos, reduzindo os principais fatores de risco cognitivo-comportamentais que podem levar à depressão, ansiedade e insucesso escolar.No âmbito do Projeto SMS serão abordadas outras componentes de suporte aos programas dinamizados, como o Clube SMS, as Redes Sociais do Projeto SMS, a Plataforma SMS, Formações de Professores e outros profissionais, e o SMS Express.A exposição efetuada irá apresentar uma nova componente integrante do Projeto SMS, resultante do trabalho de estágio aqui relatado, o SMSPro, que assenta nas mesmas premissas dos Programas SMSJovens e SMSEducadores, procurando conciliar uma vertente interventiva e educativa de formação, com um público diferenciado pelo seu percurso profissional de Técnico/a de Ação Educativa.

This report refers to the work developed during the curricular internship of the Masters in Educational Sciences of the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of the University of Coimbra.The internship was held at the Figueira Norte School Group, specifically at the EB1 Alhadas and ES 3ºCEB Cristina Torres schools, under the “SMS Project – Success, Mind and Health” (POISE-03-4639-FSE-000836), in the school year 2020/2021.Exhibited here are the Programs developed by the SMS Project, the SMSJovens Program and the SMSEducadores Program, both based on the cognitive-behavioral model, organized in a structured intervention with the objective of increasing the resilience of adolescents, while promoting parenting skills in the promotion of mental health of students, reducing the main cognitive-behavioral risk factors that can lead to depression, anxiety and school failure.Within the scope of the SMS Project, other components to support the dynamic programs will be addressed, such as the SMS Club, the SMS Project Social Networks, the SMS Platform, Training for Teachers and other professionals, and SMS Express.The exhibition will present a new component of the SMS Project, resulting from the internship work reported here, the SMSPro, which is based on the same premises of the SMSJovens and SMSEducadores Programs, seeking to reconcile an interventional and educational aspect of training, with a public differentiated by the his professional career as an Educational Action Technician.
