Relatório de Estágio- Mestrado em Análises Clínicas

Abstract

As análises clínicas têm uma grande importância na área da saúde, especialmente em doentes oncológicos onde existe uma fase de rastreio, diagnóstico e monitorização da doença, nas quais certos parâmetros são fundamentais para o efeito. No presente relatório, realizado no âmbito do Mestrado em Análises Clínicas da Faculdade de Farmácia da Universidade de Coimbra, descrevo as atividades desenvolvidas nos6 meses de estágio no Instituto Português de Oncologia de Coimbra Francisco Gentil, dando ênfase às áreas de Microbiologia e Imunologia e uma breve descrição da rotina dos setores de Hematologia e Bioquímica Clínica. Neste período tive a oportunidade de integrar no serviço dos vários setores mencionados, sendo um importante marco na consolidação de todos os conhecimentos adquiridos ao longo do mestrado.The Clinical Analysis are very important in the health area, especially in cancer patients where there is a phase of screening, diagnosis and monitoring of the disease, in which certain parameters are fundamental. In this report, fulfilled within the framework of the Master`s in Clinical Analysis of Faculdade de Farmácia da Universidade de Coimbra, I describe the activities developed during the 6 months of internship at the Instituto Português de Oncologia de Coimbra Francisco Gentil, emphasizing the areas of Microbiology and Immunology and a brief description of the routine of the Hematology and Clinical Biochemistry sectors. During this period, I had the opportunity to integrate into the service of the mentioned sectors, being an important milestone in the consolidation of all the knowledge acquired duringthe master`s degree.
