Abstract

Os Certificados de Recebíveis do Agronegócio (CRA) disciplinados pela Lei 11.076/2014, também pela Instrução nº 414/2014 da Comissão de Valores Mobiliários (CVM) são considerados títulos de renda fixa, lastreados em recebíveis do setor do agronegócio, originados por negócio entre produtores rurais, cooperativas, abrangendo o financiamento, comercialização, produção, bem como os insumos, maquinários e produtos utilizados na agropecuária. Os Certificados de Recebíveis do Agronegócio potencializam capital para a produção de commodities, se tornando um mecanismo eficaz para o produtor rural adquirir benefícios na adoção de práticas responsáveis e sustentáveis no setor do agronegócio.No setor florestal, o mercado de títulos verdes, os chamados “green bonds”, são títulos decorrente de dívidas que tem por objetivo a captação de recursos para projetos responsáveis e sustentáveis. O Brasil vem se apressando para fazer parte dos esforços do governo para conter o desmatamento. O título verde é a forma simples e comum de apoio a projetos que respeitam o meio ambiente. O prospecto de títulos de empresas verdes deve incluir os tipos de projetos da indústria verde nos quais os fundos serão investidos, a base ou os padrões de identificação do projeto, as metas de benefícios ambientais, o plano de uso e o sistema de gerenciamento para captação de recursos de títulos de empresas verdes.O Certificado de Recebíveis de Agronegócio, o CRA –Verde, no tocante ao setor florestal, surge como uma alternativa para que os investidores possam implementar projetos inovadores com os recursos adquiridos com lastros, compondo o CRA.O bom emprego permite a aplicabilidade deste título para o agronegócio. The Agribusiness Receivables Certificates leverage capital for the production of commodities, becoming an effective mechanism for rural producers to acquire benefits in the adoption of responsible and sustainable practices in the agribusiness sector.In the forestry sector, the market for green bonds, the so-called "green bonds", are bonds arising from debts that aim to raise funds for responsible and sustainable projects. Brazil has been rushing to be part of the government's efforts to contain deforestation. The green bond is the simple and common form of support for projects that respect the environment. The green company bond prospectus should include the types of green industry projects in which the funds will be invested, the basis or standards for project identification, environmental benefit goals, the plan for use, and the management system for raising funds from green company bonds.The Certificate of Agribusiness Receivables, the CRA - Green, regarding the forestry sector, appears as an alternative for investors to implement innovative projects with the resources acquired with ballast, composing the CRA. The good employment allows the applicability of this title to agribusiness. CRA Verde becomes a mechanism aligned to the current context, with emphasis on work and quality of life of farmers, promoting the tripod livestock, agriculture and forestry, promoting the development of solutions to concentrate resources and provide credit for projects, and production plans for agricultural commodities in a sustainable way.
