Relatório de estágio pedagógico desenvolvido na Escola Secundária de Avelar Brotero, junto da turma do 12º2A no ano letivo de 2016/2017.

Abstract

O presente relatório final de estágio surge no âmbito da Unidade Curricular de Relatório de Estágio, do Mestrado em Ensino de Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário, da Faculdade de Ciências do Desporto e Educação Física da Universidade de Coimbra. O estágio pedagógico decorreu ao longo do ano letivo 2016/2017, na Escola Secundária de Avelar Brotero, junto da turma do 12º2A. No decorrer do mesmo, o objetivo passava por colocar em prática o que havia sido aprendido ao longo de todo o processo de formação académica, mesmo sabendo das dificuldades que uma nova realidade iria impor à nossa intervenção pedagógica junto dos alunos. No presente documento apresentam-se todas as etapas de desenvolvimento do trabalho docente para com a turma com que se desenvolveu o trabalho, bem como as reflexões extraídas de todas as tarefas desenvolvidas por forma a aprimorar a prática pedagógica em ocasiões futuras. Assim, o relatório inicia com o reconhecimento das expetativas iniciais do estagiário e parte para a apresentação e fundamentação do planeamento, realização e avaliação, não descorando a atitude ético-profissional. Também, o tema problema, alvo de estudo ao longo do ano letivo, se encontra aqui retratado evidenciando o conceito de disciplina na visão de alunos e professores do ensino secundário. O estágio pedagógico assumiu a necessidade constante do trabalho reflexivo, acerca das opções tomadas e da prática pedagógica desenvolvida, de modo a permitir uma evolução que se traduz na aquisição de competências pessoais e profissionais inerentes ao desempenho docente.

This final report comes under the Curricular Unit of the Report, the Master's Degree in Physical Education Teaching in Basic and Secondary Education, Faculty of Sports Sciences and Physical Education, University of Coimbra. The teacher training took place during the academic year 2016/2017, in the Secondary School of Avelar Brotero, next to the class of 12º2A. In the course of this, the objective was to put into practice what had been learned throughout the entire process of academic training, even knowing the difficulties that a new reality would impose on our pedagogical intervention among the students. This document presents all the stages of development of the teaching work with the class with which the work is developed, as well as the reflections extracted from all the tasks developed in order to improve the pedagogical practice in future occasions. Thus, the report begins with the recognition of the initial expectations of the trainee and part for the presentation and foundation of the planning, realization and evaluation, not discolouring the ethical-professional attitude. Also, the problem theme, the subject of study throughout the school year, is presented here highlighting the concept of discipline in the vision of students and teachers of secondary education. The teacher training assumes the constant need for reflexive work, about the options taken and the pedagogical practice developed, in order to allow an evolution that translates into the acquisition of personal and professional skills inherent to the teaching performance.
