Communication is an inherent process for organizations and for the human being himself. As such, the evolution of competitiveness in the business environment underlined the importance of communication and, consequently, Corporate Reputation as well as Corporate Communication. The image that people have of an organization defines the actions and rewards of the organization. Thus, communication and Public Relations play a fundamental role in the relationship that organizations establish with their audiences. This is evidenced by the emergence, in social media, of people whom audiences trust to guide decisions and to address issues that may influence the reputation of organizations. It is based on this idea that, in this Internship Report, we address the phenomenon of Corporate Reputation, allied to the evolution of Web 2.0, namely, social media and personalities that stand out in them. As such, firstly we will address the concept of Corporate Reputation and all the notions inherent to it. Next, we will develop on the changes that social media have brought to the dynamics between companies and their public. In the second part, we will start from the experience obtained in the internship at LPM Comunicação to understand how digital influencers are used as a strategic tool in bringing organizations closer to new audiences such as younger generations who base their behavior in social media . In addition, we will try to explain the process of choosing influencers and the evaluation frameworks that precede the choice.
