Requisitos de casas passivas para o clima português: Estudo comparativo entre a regulamentação nacional e os requisitos Passive House

Abstract

Hoje em dia, a preocupação ambiental está presente em tudo o que nos rodeia. O crescente consumo de energia a nível global conduz a um maior consumo de recursos e a todos os problemas ambientais e económicos que são inerentes à produção de energia. Com a implementação duma forma de pensar mais verde, e uma vez que o parque habitacional representa uma grande fatia da energia consumida é importante procurar uma forma de reduzir este consumo. Com este trabalho pretende-se comparar duas metodologias: Passive House Planning Package (PHPP) e Regulamento de Desempenho Energético dos Edifícios de Habitação (REH), avaliando a importância de algumas variáveis, nomeadamente, a eficiência do sistema de ventilação mecânica com recuperação de calor, as pontes térmicas, a espessura do isolamento, a área dos vãos envidraçados, a exposição ao vento, a localização do edifício, as condições de fronteira e o sombreamento. Para esta avaliação foi selecionado um edifício minimalista, onde a área é representativa e o aspeto arquitetónico não influencie a avaliação das variáveis e, posteriormente, simulado utilizando o programa em Excel de ambas as metodologias

Nowadays, environmental concern is present in everything that surrounds us. The increasing power consumption at the global level leads to a higher consumption of resources and all the environmental and economic problems that are inherent in the production of energy. With the implementation of a greener way of thinking, and once the housing stock represents a large share of the energy consumed is important to look for a way to reduce this consumption. With this work we intend to compare two methods: Passive House Planning Package (PHPP) and Regulation Energy Performance of Buildings Housing (REH), assessing the importance of some variables, namely, the efficiency of the mechanical ventilation system with heat recovery , thermal bridges, insulation thickness, the area of the glazed areas, exposure to wind, the location of the building, the boundary conditions and the shading. For this evaluation, a minimal building where the area is representative of the architectural appearance and does not influence the evaluation of the variables, and subsequently simulated using the Excel program in both methods is selected.
