Gestão e aprovisionamento de stocks, aplicação de métodos classificativos

Abstract

Este projeto foi realizado na Tridec – Sistemas Direccionais para Semi-Reboques, Lda, integrando-se no Departamento de Compras e Logística onde se desenvolveu um modelo de otimização dos processos de Aprovisionamento e Gestão de Stocks, no âmbito do estágio curricular pela Universidade de Coimbra. O principal objetivo passou pelo desenvolvimento e implementação de metodologias que possibilite que o departamento de forma apoiada, tenha uma perceção sobre a possível necessidade de aquisição de matérias primas para o futuro, através de modelos mais otimizados de Forecasting e Gestão de Stocks. Começou-se por realizar um levantamento da situação atual, identificando os problemas e ineficiências nos processos atuais. Depois, através do recurso às Análises ABC e XYZ, bem como ao modelo de Categorização de Syntetos, procurou-se identificar os artigos com maior relevo, assim como o comportamento dos consumos. Para complementar este projeto, foi também alvo de estudo os modelos de previsão de consumo e aprovisionamento que possibilitam uma melhor eficiência na Gestão de Stocks. Em suma, é proposto otimizar os processos de Gestão de Stocks atualmente existentes e do mesmo jeito alcançar, um aprovisionamento equilibrado capaz de corresponder aos pedidos da produção e consequentemente reduzir paragens de produção por rutura de stock, sem se desacautelar os inerentes custos associados a todo o processo.

This project was produced on Tridec - Directional Systems for Trucks, Lda, integrated with the Department of Sales and Logistics where it was developed an optimized model for the processes of Privisioning and Management of Stocks, in light of the extracurricular internship offered by the University of Coimbra. The main objective went through developing and implementing the methodologies that allow the department to have an enhanced perception over the possible necessity to acquire feedstock in the future through optimal models of Forecasting and Inventory Management. At first it was initialized by lifting the current situation, identifying the problems and inefficiencies in the current processes. After that, through the resources of Analysis ABC and XYZ, as well as the model for the Categorization of Syntetos, it was sought to identify the articles with bigger relevance and the behavior of the expenses. To complete this project, the target study was the prediction models of consumption and provisioning that allow a better efficiency in the Inventory Management. In short, the purpose is to optimize the process of the Inventory Management currently existent, and at the same time achieve a balanced provisioning capable of corresponding to the production demands e consequently reduce the production stalling due to stock rupture without neglecting the inherent costs associated to the entire process.
