Abstract: A autoeficácia dos professores parece ser o indicador mais importante das atitudes no contexto inclusivo. Nomeadamente no âmbito da disciplina de Educação Física é possível apontar a relevância das perceções e da autoeficácia dos professores face à inclusão de alunos com necessidades educativas especiais. Porém, há poucas pesquisas a investigar as fontes de autoeficácia, particularmente na EF. Assim, o presente estudo tem como objetivo avaliar a confiabilidade da versão portuguesa do Physical Educators’ Self-Efficacy Toward Including Students with Disabilities – Autism (Taliaferro, Block, Harris & Krause, 2010) e realizar uma análise preliminar da autoeficácia dos professores de EF face a inclusão de alunos com autismo. Os participantes foram 57 professores de EF, n=29 do sexo masculino e n=28 do sexo feminino com idades compreendidas entre os 23 e os 61 anos (M=33.40 e DP=7.16). Os resultados atestam a consistência interna da versão portuguesa do instrumento. Não se verificam diferenças estatisticamente significativas quanto ao sexo. Recomenda-se a profusão de estudos utilizando este instrumento de forma a realizar posteriormente uma análise factorial. In particular within the subject of Physical Education one can point out the relevance of perceptions and self-efficacy of teachers towards inclusion. Thus, this study aims to assess the reliability of the Portuguese version of the Physical Educators' Self-Efficacy Toward Including Students with Disabilities - Autism (Taliaferro, Block, Harris & Krause, 2010) and perform a preliminary analysis of PE teachers’ self-efficacy toward the inclusion of students with autism. Participants were 57 PE teachers, n = 29 males and n = 28 females, between 23 and 61 years old (M = 33.40, SD = 7.16). The results show good internal consistency of the Portuguese version of the instrument. There are no statistically significant differences by gender. It is recommended that the plethora of studies using this instrument in order to subsequently perform a factor analysis. ;
