Relatório de estágio pedagógico desenvolvido na escola básica nº 2 de São Silvestre, junto da turma B do 9º ano, no ano letivo 2013-2014 : a importância da atividade física no combate à obesidade infantil

Abstract

O sistema educativo adota um vasto leque de funções atribuídas ao operacionalizador do processo de ensino – aprendizagem, ou seja, o professor. Desta forma, a este cabe conhecer as características dos seus alunos através duma avaliação inicial com o objetivo de identificar as componentes necessárias para uma evolução positiva, preparando um caminho recheado de estratégias adequadas para alcançar os objetivos inicialmente propostos. Por outro lado, é imprescindível que o professor tenha a capacidade de planear sempre em função dos alunos que pretende ensinar, pois só assim conseguirá proporcionar-lhes bons momentos de aprendizagem e, consequentemente, estes desenvolvam as suas habilidades e obtenham aquisição de novos conhecimentos. O presente Relatório Final de Estágio surge no âmbito das unidades curriculares de Estágio Pedagógico, considerado no Plano de Estudos do 2ºano do Mestrado em Ensino da Educação Física dos Ensinos Básico e Secundário pela Faculdade de Ciências do Desporto e Educação Física da Universidade de Coimbra. O estágio foi desenvolvido na Escola Básica Nº2 de São Silvestre com a turma do 9ºB. A sua finalidade centra-se na reflexão relativa às atividades desenvolvidas no círculo da intervenção pedagógica, identificando as dificuldades e necessidades de formação, análise da componente ético-profissional e evidenciar a importância do compromisso com o desenvolvimento e aprendizagem dos alunos. Terminei com questões referentes à minha formação inicial e com o aprofundamento de um tema problema. O tema escolhido face ao estágio e como forma de reflexão foi: “A importância da Atividade Física no combate à Obesidade Infantil”.

ABSTRACT The educational system adopts a wide range of tasks attributed to the instructor of the teaching - learning process, the teacher. This way, the teacher should understand his students’ characteristics through an initial evaluation in order to identify the necessary components for a positive development. A strategic plan is required to achieve his goals. Moreover, it is essential that the teacher has the ability to plan teaching accordingly to his students needs because only this way can he provide them with a good learning experience and hence develop their skills and knowledge gain. This Final Stage Report arises in the context of Teacher Training curricular units, considered in the syllabus of the 2nd year of the Masters degree in Physical Education Teaching for Primary and Secondary Education at the Faculty of Sport Sciences and Physical Education, University of Coimbra. The stage was developed in Primary School No. 2 of São Silvestre with the 9º B class. Its purpose focuses on the reflection of the activities developed in the circle of pedagogical intervention, identifying difficulties and training needs, analysis of ethical and professional components and highlighting the importance of commitment to the development and learning of the students. I´ve finished with questions related to my initial training and deeper approach of a topic-problem. The theme chosen for the stage as a form of reflection was: "The importance of physical activity to combat Kids´ obesity.”
