Biography
Ana Oliveira is Ph.D. in Multimedia in Education by the University of Aveiro, Portugal, where she was integrated at the Research Centre on Didactics and Technology in Education of Trainers (University of Aveiro, Portugal). She holds a Post-Graduation in Special Education Needs (Cognitive and Motor Domain) (2012), a Masters degree in Algebra (2010), and a Graduate degree in Education (2005). Actually, she works at the Higher School of Education and Social Sciences (Polytechnic Institute of Leiria) and as an e-Learning Designer at Delft Digital Learning. She also worked as a Mathematics and Natural Sciences teacher at several public schools and as teachers' trainer in Educational Technology. Her research interests are related to Educational Technology, e-learning, mobile Learning, Teacher Professional Development, innovative teaching strategies, Maths and Science Education, and the development of digital educational resources. She has been writing and publishing papers in these areas, as well as participating in international and national conferences.
